We coordinate all details and vendors involved, working with our tried and true black book, execute the design, install and take down. We also attend your event to ensure smooth sailing and timeline. We act as the liaison between your church, venue, vendors, band and anything else that will participate in your event.

Whether you are planning an intimate anniversary dinner, baby shower or a small in home gathering, our services are for the client that desires and appreciates details and creative design. When you are ready to take your party to the next level, Oh Goodie Designs will conceptualize and style your event with your vision in mind and make it picture perfect.  Services include an event inspiration design board with color imagery and conceptualization of your theme.  We’ll locate sources for your products, place orders, organize, fabricate, coordinate and oversee all vendors included in your event.

Large Events – $2,800+

Oh Goodie Designs + Events can design and create all the pretty little details for your next event. From custom printed cups and napkins to goodie bags and favors for your guests. Designer details make the difference! With our own in house graphic designer Harper Gray, every part of your party will come to life on paper and party products. Using designs custom created for your day only, you will set your day apart from all the others. We work with our exclusive little black book of vendors that we trust and share our creative and event enthusiasm.

We love to celebrate and feel everyone should have a beautiful day to call their own. Online party coordinating is available for that special day. We take care of it all from invitations to favors. Starting with an initial phone communication about your party theme, location and date. Our coordinating includes unlimited online (email, text) communication, a visual board via Pinterest,  ideas about food, decor, favors, birthday child’s attire suggestions and party activities. We then take care of coordinating orders and shipping from vendors nationwide.  We are here for you with up to the day communication about styling and last minute questions. We supply you with party time set up suggestions, a list of shots for your photographer and a suggested party timeline.  A $300 coordinating fee is charged per event. All decor and supplies are billed separate. Must not be local for this. All party supplies are shipped to you. No personal meetings or face to face interactions accompany this.
